What a load of grass, green carpet installation in France

Innovative green carpet rund though a small village town in France, it’s vivid green compliments they old towns grey stone exteriors. It was made by artist Gaelle Villedary, named ‘Tapis Rouge’, the public installation has sparked everyone’s attention. Inhabitat says ‘It’s a fun and fresh reminder of the provincial town’s lush setting’

The roll spreads over 420 meters (1,377 feet) and it required 168 rolls of grass, weighing in at 3.5 tons!
